Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Project Manager on a long-term contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing strategy and execution best practices across core verticals
- Lead the end-to-end process for multiple marketing initiatives, including audience targeting, content strategy, messaging, and defining and measuring KPIs
- Develop actionable insights for the business by analyzing metrics from the website, social listening, email campaigns, and product analytics related to marketing campaigns
- Manage content development, ensuring content is timely, relevant, accurate, and appropriate to brand requirements
- Oversee the production of a variety of digital and print assets, including but not limited to: market-facing slide decks, one-pagers, flyers, emails, newsletters, brochures, and banners
- Identify advertising opportunities that will help us meet our goals and collaborate with vendors on a successful execution
- Test new ideas to drive customer acquisition and engagement, always ensuring that we're adding value to the customer experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years in marketing strategy roles that includes 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Ability to make complex messages simple and compelling
- Proven ability to effectively advertise across paid social channels and Google search as well as mine data in Google Analytics and social listening tools
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and delivering desired results
Preferred Capabilities and Experience
- Familiarity with website and email marketing platforms
- Experience with organic social media strategy and building communities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Comfort with ambiguity and strategic or tactical pivots; adaptable to constantly evolving priorities
- High level of efficiency, strong attention to detail, and ability to ask the right questions
- Self-motivated and strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage workload to meet critical project deadlines
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
