Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Georgia, California, or New York licensed Media Transactional Attorney for a hybrid, temp to perm opportunity with our client in Vinings.
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of legal experience in digital media, streaming, and television, preferably with in-house experience with a studio, network, OTT distributor or platform, or a production company. Essential duties include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for direct-to-consumer digital media projects, including content acquisition agreements and distribution agreements. Additional duties include providing legal advice to management, marketing, ad sales, IT, programming, finance, and operations.
