Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a direct-hire Member Engagement Manager to join their team!

About You:

  • A. or B.S. degree in marketing, journalism, communication, business, or related field required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of association management software.
  • Experience in communications, strategy development, and program management.
  • 3+ years of association management.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

The Job:

  • Manage the strategy that drives member engagement.
  • Promote member value and support the recruitment and retention of members.
  • Develop strategy and manage non-dues revenue efforts of the organization.
  • Manage the annual membership budget.
  • Manage and support key membership committees and programs.
