Our client, a telecommunications association, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Services and Engagement Assistant to support their team in Arlington, VA!
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in a membership/association setting.
- AMS experience is required.
- Must be tech savvy; must be able to do v-look ups.
- Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills.
- Open to occasional travel to on-site meetings, events, and conferences.
The Job:
- Provide project, logistical, and administrative coordination for the Member Engagement division.
- Responsible for the data integrity of all membership records in the AMS.
- Prepare reports and member-related statistics.
- Update the membership database.
- Process dues and handle invoicing.
- Complete additional tasks and provide support as needed.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $23/hr-$26/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $55K-$60K when made permanent, depending on experience.
