Our client, an investment group, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Services Coordinator to join their team!
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative/customer service/ member database experience is required
- Knowledge/comfortability working with the Catholic church
- Customer service oriented and tech savvy
- Familiarity with Excel, Sharepoint, CMS, MS Office
The Job:
- Handle all member requests via phone, email, and website
- Process orders, dues payments, and donations
- Update website and create materials for members
- Manage archives and maintain office supplies
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
