Beacon Hill is working with a top AmLaw firm that is seeking to bring on a midlevel Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to its Washington, DC, office.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sophisticated healthcare regulatory experience, including demonstrated experience with at least some of the following: the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, digital health, and/or Medicare and Medicaid rules. Experience with government investigations and regulatory enforcement is a plus. Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and be admitted to practice in, or eligible to waive in to, the District of Columbia.
