Beacon Hill Associates is assisting our client in downtown Minneapolis who is looking for a part time Office Manager! This company is seeking someone who is sharp, professional and has previously supported at an Administrative Assistant capacity or higher for at least 3 years.
Work Schedule:
3 Days onsite (Monday's required, but other 2 days flexible - full 8 hour days for the 3 days)
**May flex depending on workload**
Salary: $26 per hour and up depending on experience
Job Description:
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to all staff
- Assists on some HR duties and/or payroll duties
- Coordinates transportation and travel needs for internal and external customers
- Enters data into QuickBooks and DealCloud
- Administering expense reporting for selected personnel
- Manage office equipment onsite, including contacting IT support if needed
- Event organization that includes office events, including holiday parties and the annual investor meeting
- Coordinates conference rooms and proactively monitors conference room schedule to avoid potential conflicts with others
- Handle outgoing and incoming mailings
- Acts as first point of contact for anyone arriving to facility
- Answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately
- Orders and maintains office supplies
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Polished, professional, and self-starter attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet client requirements
