Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Solutions Developer Senior II to join our team. In this role, you will plan, develop, implement, and document GIS-related tools and data components using advanced software engineering techniques. You will leverage your deep understanding of geospatial technology and programming to build and integrate automated tools within various technology and scientific disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement GIS tools using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Pro SDK.
- Utilize ArcObjects, ArcGIS Arcpy, and ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase (Oracle) for data management and geoprocessing.
- Design and build applications using C#, JavaScript API, Spring Boot, and .NET frameworks.
- Consult with users to identify and capture business objectives and translate them into detailed programming requirements.
- Apply object-oriented tools and code generation techniques to develop logical steps for coding.
- Independently manage projects and exercise moderate judgment in decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ of experience with the following technologies:
- ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Pro SDK
- ArcObjects, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Arcpy, ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase (Oracle)
- C#
- JavaScript API, Spring Boot, .NET
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in web application development using Java.
Position Details:
- Duration: Through 06/30/2025, with possibility of renewal.
- Work Arrangement: 100% remote work, open to candidates nationwide.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to the office based on business needs. Travel will be occasional, with sufficient notice provided (up to 2 weeks). Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
