Our client in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join their team.
Position Description:
- Managing video infrastructure and the migration from Cisco Telepresence to Poly for MS Teams
- Conference room scheduling and the oversight of audio-visual tasks onsite
- Providing technical solutions for migration downfalls and providing support for MS Teams and Cisco video
- Configure video conference infrastructure and equipment, documentation of hardware status and multimedia inventory
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with MS Teams administration and Poly for MS Teams
- Working knowledge of Cisco video infrastructure and audio-visual equipment
- Prior experience providing web conference support and/or migration to new meeting platforms
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry and excellent interpersonal skills
