Beacon Hill Legal is working with an Energy and Natural Resources team with offices in Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico in helping them thoughtfully grow their team. Their ideal candidate would have:
- 2+ years' experience in natural resource development projects for a law firm
- Transactional and regulatory compliance exposure including NEPA
- Air quality experience including emissions monitoring and GHG reduction rules would be a huge bonus
This firm offers a excellent platform for environmental attorneys looking to learn and grow their practice. The office is currently operating on a hybrid schedule but would consider a 100% remote Associate if highly qualified. Preference given to candidates interested in sitting in Denver or Santa Fe.
Compensation is competitive for the Mountain West market and ranges from $135k - $190k depending on experience. Benefits include a no contribution healthcare plan for Associates and an 1800 billable expectation (alternative hours arrangements also available).
