A prestigious social services provider is hiring a Housing Case Manager for their Quincy/Weymouth team!
Housing Case Managers provide community-based support to individuals and/or families who have experienced homelessness. Case Managers work with people utilizing a housing first approach, understanding people who have experienced chronic homelessness require additional support to achieve positive tenancies. This full-time position provides on-going case management support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of participant needs. Willingness to meet with clients through community outreach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years relevant experience in a related field required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm
Location: Quincy and Weymouth, MA
Compensation: Based on experience
