Beacon Hill is partnered with a large veteran's program to provide Case Manager's for their growing team!
This position will provide clinical case management and (as needed) supportive mental health and substance use disorder counseling to residents with co-occurring disorders. This position employs a variety of evidence-based interventions including Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Relapse Prevention and Trauma Informed Care to provide client centered services to Veterans. This position is considered "essential staff" and may require working during holidays and/or inclement weather.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- 3+ years experience in case management and working with substance use disorders, mental illness and with a diverse population.
- Veteran status a plus.
- LADC of CADC, a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:00pm-10:00pm
