The Employment Specialist will provide job placement training to individuals who are at risk of or actively experiencing homelessness, and assist in identifying aptitudes, interests and abilities to assist with employment searches.
- Engage populations using collaborative relationship building
- Complete employment / training intakes and keep consistent case notes
- Employer outreach / research / networking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience with employment services, job development or case management
- Desire to work with individuals within underserved populations
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 4:30p EST
