A Health Plan local to the Farmington, MI area is seeking a Health Services Manager to join our expanding team! The Health Services Manager will oversee Operational efficiency and staff, training and quality management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MI-licensed Registered Nurse
- Program Management experience
- Administrative claims experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in Operational Performance Meetings / provide feedback and guidance
- Oversee daily production
- Develop productivity measures and training modules
- Conduct performance reviews
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00a - 5:00p
