A Los Angeles-based Community Health Program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team!
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision to program staff and will engage in supportive services with a goal of reducing legal recidivism.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree - Social Work or related field
- 3+ year's experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorder, or who have chronice health issues
- 2+ years' leadership experience / supervisory experience
Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly reports and monitor compliance benchmarks
- Maintain client rosters / assign cases to program staff
- Support team around health and wellness initiatives
- Support with clinically appropriate linkages to outside community partners
- Respond to crisis situations
- Work with local police departments to build relationships and educate around programs
- Troubleshoot with leadership team to remove barriers to achieving program goals and outcomes
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, business hours (8:30a - 5:00p)
