Job Title: NodeJS Developer

Location: AZ Preferred, Fully Remote

Duration: Contract through end of year, possible extentions

Start Date: ASAP

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Experience in Node.js, frameworks (e.g. Express), and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of Experience in server-side templating languages, front-end technologies
• 5+ years of Experience in asynchronous programming using NodeJS/JavaScript
• 1+ years of working experience on deploying NodeJS APIs t Google Cloud
• 1+ years of Google Kubernetes engine, cluster creation, Argo CD configuration
• Experience with common API formats (e.g. JSON, XML, Web sockets)
• Design client and server-side architecture.
• Must be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of strong encryption methodologies, and common authentication patterns.
• 3+ years of Experience in developing SQL/NoSQL database schemas and ORMs that both support business processes and promote scalability.
• Experience in Redis integration with NodeJS
• Experience in functional automation tools and API testing using Postman/SoapUI or other tool

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of NoSQL database like Cassandra and integration with NodeJS application is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD - git, Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies like SAFe
• Review functional requirements and implement test plans and test cases for automated/manual testing
• Experience in data test cases development, test report documentation, regression testing

Day to Day:

This team will work on customizing the software and client portals. For example, they will help utilize customer branding, colors, fonts, etc so that the integration appears seamless. This team will partner with the front end team to ensure the orchestrations and backend logic are working correctly.
