One of our clients in Southern California is looking for a Data Product Manager - Data Portfolio Construction with the following skills and experience.
MUST HAVE : BROKER DEALER/ WEALTH MANAGEMENT / FIXED INCOME INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Position: Data Product Manager- Data Portfolio Construction
- Location: Hybrid - 2 days either in Los Angeles Downtown Or Irvine, OC
- Rate: $85/hr
- Duration: 12 Months plus ( Long Term Contract)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wealth management with a focus on portfolio construction and management.
- Good Understanding of data flow and the impact it has on other items.
- Data Modeling, integration services, know what a file vs API is, + parquet(Parkay) vs CSV.
- Demonstrated expertise in moving data from legacy platforms to modern data warehouses, with a strong understanding of data integration and insights.
- Ability to drive product development from initial planning to execution, with a track record of successful project management.
- Strong vision and experience in creating and executing a product roadmap.
- Proficiency in providing technical analysis and designing architecture for portfolio management solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functional areas.
Pluses:
- Experience with data migration projects, specifically transitioning data from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced portfolio management tools and technologies.
