One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for a Sr Manager - TV Marketing Strategy & Analytics with the following skills and experience:

Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy and Analytics will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic vision for how the Marketing Group measures and reports performance metrics. This role involves driving new processes to create consistency across various brands. The individual will work closely with executives throughout the organization and serve as a key contact for marketing leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Planning & Analysis to standardize the KPI expectations setting process across multiple brands, focusing on branded television and specialized content.
  • Lead discussions on KPI setting and develop concrete recommendations with clear, data-driven rationale.
  • Refine and enhance the reporting process for streaming platforms, coordinating closely with Marketing Planning & Analysis. Provide insightful data interpretations that are accessible to executives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of title-level performance and address specific reporting needs for various brands.
  • Establish databases and resources to facilitate comprehensive analyses.
  • Contribute to the creation of performance narratives post-launch of titles.
  • Analyze historical performance trends to inform future expectations and strategies.
  • Develop and iterate regular reporting for the marketing group, including weekly awareness and content reports.
  • Engage with leaders from engagement, media, brand, and research teams to gather data-based insights and provide actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and supporting teams on marketing performance.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong data management experience, a solid understanding of metrics and KPIs, familiarity with SQL, and a background in analytics.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or streaming industries is highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker,Tableau

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organization, with at least 4 years in media and entertainment, strategy, strategic planning, or consulting.
  • A hands-on, team-oriented professional who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage ambiguity and complexity, and handle competing priorities with minimal direction.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and interface with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape, especially in Latin America (LatAm) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Analytics.
