NOTE: This is a 100% Remote position. Candidates will be working on PST Hours
One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Python Developer with the following skills and experience:
Must Have Skills:
- Experience working with middle ware/infrastructure with terraform and AWS.
- 5 years with Python
- AWS and Kubernetes, or Terraform- (important to know because you are writing tools that interact with this landscape)
Nice to have:
- React on the frontend but open to other front-end languages.
Basic Qualifications:
- Full Stack developer with 5 years of experience in Python web development using Django, Flask, FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience setting up or maintaining applications in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar environments/tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining APIs using GraphQL.
- Experience with MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with front-end development, especially React.
- Experience integrating applications with LDAP in Python
- Experience giving demos to technical audiences.
- Solid experience building and designing highly scalable, fault tolerant and highly available systems.
- Experience setting up personal projects that run in a cloud hosting environment
Required Education BA/BS Degree - The Auth & Policy Platform team provides a unified platform for viewing, managing, and securing the authentication, authorization and policies. We are looking for a software developer to help us build, enhance, and maintain the Auth & Policy Platform.
