Beacon Hill's client, a baby nutrition company, is seeking a corporate paralegal to join their NYC office. The role would be hybrid (2-3 days in office, the rest at home). The ideal candidate for this role must possess contract managing experience preferably in life sciences, pharma, or in the regulated consumer goods industry.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing the firms contract administration, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
• Coordinating with business units and outside counsel to ensure that contracts are thoroughly reviewed
• Support the Chief Legal Officer in managing outside counsel relationships
• Support in identifying, improving, driving, and implementing Legal Department processes and workflows

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree Required
• At least 5 years of legal operations/ paralegal experience, preferably in life sciences or regulated consumer packaged goods industry
• At least 3 years of contracts focused legal experience.
• Must have experience working collaboratively with various departments
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with contract management systems
• Experience assessing process and identifying opportunities
• Strong practical business judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Pride in all aspects of their work and desire to take ownership of issues

Salary: $110,000-$140,000
