Our client, a financial planner located in Waltham, MA, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to join the team. This role is onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM and pays $20 an hour.

Job Duties:
* Answer phones and take messages
* Sort mail and distribute
* Put together client mailings (USPS and UPS)
* Maintain office supplies
* Bill pay
* Light filing and scanning
* Order catering for lunch meetings
* Assist advisors with scheduling client appointments
* Assist with event planning as needed (we do have an event in mid-September)
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in financial services/ insurance
* Detail-oriented
* Excellent organizational skills
* MS Office Suite
