Our client, a Boston-based investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager & Research Assistant to join their team! The Office Manager & Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting the investment team with a wide range of administrative and project management tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have a proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing the team's calendars, acting as a liasion and gatekeeper for calls, meetings and external requests, handling lunch orders and office supplies, managing weekly expense reporting, assisting the team with gathering research material, and working on ad hoc projects, as necessary. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level, excellent calendar management skills, a mature and professional approach to work, be available to assist after hours when needed, and have a Bachelor's degree.
