Our client, a private equity firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a direct-hire Office Operations Administrator to join their team!

About You:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced professional office environment; previous experience with private equity, law firms, or strong professional services firms is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must be proactive, very detail-oriented, and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at the Chevy Chase, MD location.

The Job:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office; manage equipment, office services, and facilities.
  • Assist with accounting functions, budgets, and reports; coordinate, monitor, and improve key operating systems.
  • Liaise between the administrative staff and the CFO and supervise members of the administrative staff.
  • Track and oversee office supply orders, submit reports, and prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Manage vendor selection and negotiations and coordinate firm functions and activities.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed.
