Our client, a reputable and well-establishing growing private equity firm, is seeking an experienced Office Services Manager in their new Greenwich, CT office. This role requires flexibility outside of traditional Monday through Friday working hours as needed. Company offers impressive perks, benefits and stability!

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all aspects of office services including procedures, policies and overall vendor management
  • Daily supervision of the location to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of service
  • Develop and maintain best facilities management practices
  • Oversee budgets and ticketing system for repairs; manage invoice system for vendors

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required
  • At least 8 years of facilities or office services experience
  • Experience in a corporate office setting required; financial or professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationship management is required

Base salary up to $85K with paid overtime (total compensation upwards of $120K+).
