Our client is a non-profit based in Bedford, MA seeking an Onboarding Coordinator. The Onboarding Coordinator will handle pre-hire onboarding logistics coordination, facilitate New Employee Orientation, and support other in person and virtual first year new employee events to provide superb onboarding experience to new employees. The coordinator will be working with the Technical IT Team, Human Resources Service Center and Talent Acquisition to trouble shoot issues and ensure a smooth transition into the company. We are seeking high energy candidates who have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are detailed oriented and can work in a fast paced, high volume work environment. This role pays 28/hr on the contract side depending on candidate experience, and can annualize into the 60's for a salary upon going permanent.

Specific duties:
-Acting as lead for pre-hire new employee onboarding coordination.
-Supporting correspondence as one of the primary points of contact both internally and externally for new hire onboarding arrangements
-Troubleshooting and resolving onboarding issues with new employees and internal partner teams-
-Supporting new employee orientation via Zoom
-Acting as producer to run Chat Box during virtual orientation meetings
-Monitoring new employee email box and escalating questions to appropriate department leadership
-Preparing and shipping new employee welcome boxes
-Assisting with creating power point presentations for department
-Greeting new employees in person for first day Orientation and lead the campus tour and networking activities.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
-Prior experience onboarding new employees within a remote setting is highly regarded
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
-Working knowledge of MS Teams and Zoom
-High Attention to detail and MS Excel experience
-Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills
-Able to work well with others in a team environment
-Experience with registration and tracking attendees for virtual new employee events
-Highly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, and projects
-Logical reasoning when responding to tasks and providing exceptional customer service to new employees
