An amazing virtual care service organization in South Tampa is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to join their growing team ASAP!

Required Experience:

• Medical Assistant (MA) Certified or Registered
• 2+ years experience in a medical office
• Healthcare environment experience (office or clinical)
• Experience working with office staff, patients and physicians.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Office located in South Tampa

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Meetings with eligible Medicare patients to enroll in CCM or RPM programs
• Collaborates with in-office physician staff
• Maintains consistent daily focus on CCM and RPM patient enrollment, incorporating eligible patient education, device demonstrations, responding to patient questions, and enrolling patients who consent
• Incorporates telephonic outreach to patients
• Utilizing the documentation system iCare for patient interactions
• Assists enrolled patients with set-up and use of monitoring devices
• Maintains in-depth, up-to-date understanding of program details, benefits, and logistics
• Provides daily/weekly/monthly enrollment activity reports to management
