Our client is looking to bring on and Operations Specialist to assist in the day to day operations of the investment firm. Experience with Securities or Investments is required and a series 6 or 7 certification would be a plus.

Location: St. Louis (Richmond Heights)

Role: Operations Specialist

Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 5:00 (onsite)

Pay: $70,000 - 80,000 / year - full time contract to hire

In a Nutshell:

* Process daily requests for client investment or reallocation needs, including but not limited to model strategy changes, stock gifting, raising cash, investing cash, and tax loss harvesting
* Daily administration of the order management system by keeping client, system, security, and market data up to date, including but not limited to a daily review of all portfolio cash levels
* Maintain all customized client portfolio restrictions and restriction groups
* Communicate with brokers and custodians to reconcile any settlement breaks
* Provide back-up to teammates and assist on projects as needed
