Operations Specialist - Lexington, MA
We are working with an investment advisory firm that is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role will work onsite at the office in Lexington on a hybrid basis and will support 3 individuals on the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships
- Communicate with third party providers
- Coordinate investor calls
- Assist with external report deadlines
- Day to day operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with Bloomberg, SharePoint, and Salesforce is a plus
- Must be comfortable in Excel
