Our client, a non-profit, is seeking a part-time Data Entry Associate. The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in to offer their incredible attention to detail and organizational skills to assist the company with a heavy volume of sensitive information. This position offers 15 hours a week on a hybrid schedule!

About You:

• 1+ years of data entry experience in a professional setting
• Bachelors degree highly preferred
• Strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent detail orientation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Day to Day:

• Retrieve and scan mail and deposits checks to the bank
• Maintain internal spreadsheet of financial information to ensure deposits have cleared
• Coordinate the processing and reconciliation of donations
• Maintain electronic files for demographic information of donors and prospects
• Update data in Google Drive folders and deletes sensitive downloads daily
• Communicate with donors to verify information as needed
