Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a part-time temporary HR Benefits Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 3+ years of HR/benefits experience.
- Onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration experience is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products; must be comfortable with Excel.
- New hire IT setup/logistics experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Job:
- Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Help with IT setup logistics.
- Review timesheets for accuracy; input all staff hours into a monthly allocation spreadsheet.
- Assist the Finance/Admin Manager with tracking membership dues; maintain membership spreadsheet.
- Provide additional support and complete tasks as needed.
