Our client, a digital health company supporting behavioral health care providers in their mission to improve behavioral health outcomes, is seeking a temporary part-time Office Manager to join their team. This role is onsite in Waltham for about 15-20 hours a week and pays $24 an hour.

Duties Include:
* Making sure the environment is up and running as a professional office
* Order supplies and working with different departments
* Manage office budget
* Onboarding new employees- making sure they have a desk, supplies, food cards, etc.
* Managing marketing assets, promotional items, and supplies for local marketing conferences
* Planning events when needed and working with various vendors
* Working with the Team on site and global HR team members with the intention of building a stellar employee experience worldwide
Requirements:
* Knowledge of using vendors
* 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Detail-oriented
* Able to prioritize competing tasks
* Microsoft Office, Google for Work products, email related software
