Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Part time Remote Banking & Finance Attorney for an exciting Remote opportunity. Please note you must be licensed in (Texas) for this role.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Develop, edit and/or write practical guidance on how to conduct tasks and analyze issues relevant to the banking & finance practice area

Draft, review, and annotate relevant form documents and checklists

Monitor the banking & finance practice area and the syndicated loan market for trends/news

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience (preferably with an AMLaw 100/200 firm) as a banking and finance attorney
• Significant substantive experience representing agent banks, arrangers, and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, intercreditor agreements and related documentation
• Experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, asset finance, project finance and restructurings is desired
• Excellent writing, editing, and online legal research skills
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in conducting online research
• Strong practical writer with the ability to write effectively and concisely
• Active bar membership in good standing
