Our client, with an outstanding reputation, is looking to augment the firm's global external relations team. The role is for a talented individual who has partnership/portfolio/program management experience and solid marketing project management skills. This high visibility team engages with a host of dynamic partners across event management, project work, community participation, thought leadership, and a number of other marketing activities. This team also works closely with senior leadership, ensuring that our client continues to be a respected and influential contributor to business and society around the world.

What we are looking for:

You have sound business judgment and a value-driven mindset

You have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders in a global, and at times, high pressure, complex, and virtual environment

You have strong partnership and portfolio management skills, including contracting, partnership meetings and communications, maintaining and tracking KPIs, and value delivery, enabling you to drive BCG's content, events, and ad campaigns

You have exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management, organization and improvisation skills, with a high degree of flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure

You are able to perform successfully and in a positive and friendly manner in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with our client's values and culture

You have strong analytical skills, including Excel and data analysis, with an ability to efficiently deliver accurate metrics across a variety of projects

You have a "whatever it takes" team player and collaborative attitude, with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop and coach teams and self-manage to the highest quality standards

What you bring to the table:

Undergraduate degree required;

Solid professional experience with a focus on partnership management

international experience a plus

Very strong written and spoken English language skills; second language a plus

Advanced Excel and slide-writing skills are essential.
