We are working with a premier AmLaw firm in Charlotte seeking to add a Patent Prosecution associate attorney to join their thriving Chambers' ranked practice. This firm is known for their great firm culture, strong commitment to mentorship and professional development with an achievable path to partnership.
Ideal candidate will have at least five years of patent prosecution experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biosensors. Must hold an advanced degree (MS or higher) in Chemistry or Biochemistry. Firm is considering relocation candidates who are eligible for waiver or willing to sit for an upcoming North Carolina bar exam.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
