We are seeking experienced Patent Prosecution Attorneys and Patent Agents to join a prestigious intellectual property boutique in Washington, DC. Ideal candidates will have a technical background (Bachelor's or higher degree) in one of the following areas: electrical engineering; computer science/computer engineering; biotechnology; or chemistry.
This Chambers-ranked law firm is seeking candidates who have 2+ years of strong patent drafting experience. This role will also require you to consult with clients about inventions; review patent applications; analyze claim rejections and recommend claim amendments; and advise on potential infringement and validity of patents.
The billable hour requirement is 1900 for attorneys and 1800 for patent agents. Salary is commensurate with experience.
