Lead Payroll - Hybrid North Shore MA
We are working with a very established international manufacturing company on the north shore that is looking for a director level caniddate to manage and run their payroll team. This will start as a contract, but will have the opportunity to move permanently. They will be looking for someone to be in the office 2-3 days a week in the US corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day for a team of three.
- Still be hands on in the US payroll process.
- Conduct audits of payroll system.
- Ad hoc duties as fits.
Qualifications:
- ADP Enterprise Experience.
- Many years as proven management experience.
- Public company experience is a nice to have.
- Workday Experience is a nice to have.
