Payroll Specialist - Hybrid/Somerville
We are working with a SaaS company who is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support their operations during a transition. This will report to the HR team and assist with some ad hoc assignments. This is a contract until plans are made for permanent head count. Ideally this person will sit hybrid in their Cambridge office, but are open to local remote candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Audit timesheets
- Process payroll
- Pay calculations
- Confirm payments
- Research and resolve payroll inquiries
- Ad hoc Projetcs.
Qualifications:
- Payroll Experience
- System Savvy
- Trinet experience nice to have
- International payroll experience is a plus
- Benefits Experience is a plus
