Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Director to join their chapter leadership team!
About You:
- 7+ years of relevant experience with peer-to-peer fundraising is required.
- Experience mobilizing volunteers and community leaders to achieve goals.
- Proficient with MS Office products and social media.
- Open to 50% travel to mainly local community events; open to occasional overnight event travel.
- Ability to work on-site 2 days/week in the McLean, VA office.
The Job:
- Manage multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually; ensure event success.
- Generate excitement and enthusiasm in the community; coach, mentor, and empower volunteers.
- Inspire volunteers, teams, and participants to set fundraising goals.
- Ensure strong volunteer committee retention and succession planning.
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
