In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading People Operations tasks and assisting the People Ops global team with solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience or knowledge of US, UK and international labor regulations
- Experience in HRIS (Rippling preferred) or data management platforms (payroll, labor laws, benefits, compliance)
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Compensation commensurate with experience.
