Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for an on-site, temp to perm role with our client in Sandy Springs.
The ideal candidate will be licensed in Georgia and have 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation/Pre-Litigation. Essential duties include supervision of case files and paralegals to ensure timely case progression, drafting and/or reviewing demand letters for settlement, effective negotiating for settlement, evaluating and valuing cases for potential settlement or litigation, identifying litigation cases from the Pre-Litigation docket in partnership with Litigation, drafting complaints for cases transitioning to Litigation.
