Procurement & Logistics Assistant - Hybrid/Boston

We are currently working with a consumer goods company in the beverage space, that is looking to add a contractor to their Distribution team. The Procurement and Logistics Assistant will support Analysts on the distribution team in order to track their purchase orders leaving major distribution centers. This will be a 6-month contract assignment with the potential to extend. Applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Boston on a flexible, hybrid basis.

This role will be responsible for…

• Utilizing Excel and SAP to track large purchase order sets
• Assist with resolving PO issues
• Working with internal teams and external distributors
• Assist with excel projects as needed using pivot tables, vlookups, and if statements

Qualified candidates will have…

• Intermediate experience with excel
• Experience working with production volume, PO's, or invoicing
• SAP experience is preferred!
• Bachelor's or Associates degree is preferred
