Our client, an environmental non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Program Coordinator to join their team.

About You:

• 3+ years of project management/task management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Products; technologically savvy.
• Ability to collaborate with Senior Leadership and provide support for teammates.
• Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Non-profit experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Job:

• Provide administrative, operational support, and general day-to-day program support.
• Handle scheduling/travel planning, oversee the organization of events, and coordinate conference calls/meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to provide robust resource management and reporting.
• Contribute to the prioritization of projects and their goals; keep relevant stakeholders apprised of progress.
• Complete additional tasks and provide support as required.

This is a temporary position that pays $28/hr-$32/hr and is slated to last through the end of October 2023.
