Our client, a national association for the food industry, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Programmatic Administrative Assistant to help support their team!
About You:
- 1+ years of professional work experience or strong internships.
- Ability to coordinate and run a webinar to include troubleshooting any issues.
- Proficient with MS Office Products; proficiency with Adobe Connect is a plus.
- Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, and project management skills.
- Previous compliance and/or a training background is a plus.
This Job:
- Provide administrative, analytical, and project management support.
- Assist with webinar set-up.
- Database management.
- Update/distribute course materials, invoices, and information.
- Schedule/post courses on website, provide strategic logistical support to training courses, and serve as a customer service representative.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and complete additional tasks as needed.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that pays $20/hr-$22/hr when temporary and converts to salary of $50K when made permanent. If you are interested in furthering your career, apply today with your MS Word resume!
