Our well established and growing client is seeking a Project Coordinator/Accountant with construction experience for a contract to hire role in Grand Prairie, TX.
Some of the duties will include:
- Handles all project accountant/administrator duties for assigned construction projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintains reporting for AR, job cost, budgets, etc.
- Executes and distributes subcontractor agreements
- Collects all required backup for invoices (sub billings, waivers, affidavits, releases, etc.)
Some of the requirements include:
- Minimum of three years of construction related project coordnator experience
- Experience with contractual agreements
- Construction management software experience (such as Procore or Acumatica)
