The ideal candidate will have familiarity with renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power or storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances. Preferred candidates will have experience representing lenders, including financial institutional and institutional investors.

You will draft exhibits and financial/corporate documents and be exposed to project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of the projects, and have direct contact with the client, the borrower and the borrower's counsel.
