Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be performing administrator function and assure high levels of service for any tenants. This position pays up to $58k.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support, including phone support and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events, as requested
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of contract and certificates of insurance
- Assist in administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information
- Ensure office is stocked with office supplies and other required items to maintain the office
