Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Property Associate to join their office in Oakbrook Terrace. In this position, you will be maintaining relationships with tenants, ad-hoc administrative projects, and supporting the overall management of the property and corporate office. This position pays at least $50k.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and serve as the main point of contact
- Greet visitors and guests to the office and effectively deal with their concerns
- Assist in the preparation of the annual asset plan and budget.
- Handle tenant issues regarding maintenance or service requests
- Track and update Certificates of Insurance on regular basis for both Tenants and Contractors
- Generating contracts for services
About You:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1+ years of administrative support experience required
- AP/AR experience preferred
- Experience with property management and administrative support
