A North Shore firm is looking for an experienced real estate attorney to be based in their Evanston, IL office. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly sophisticated team and work on complex, leanly staffed matters. This is succession planning on the firm's part, as they are looking to fill a key position within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' transactional commercial real estate experience representing all categories of transactional parties, including developers, owners, investors, property managers and entrepreneurs with property interests.
A few things to consider about the firm:
- Gives attorneys fast and substantive experience, including client exposure from day 1.
- No billable hour requirement!
- Hybrid schedule (opportunity to work remote).
- Base salary for this position starts at $110,000 and all associates are eligible for year end bonus
