Our client, a law and lobbying firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Receptionist to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• 1+ years of receptionist or relevant experience.
• Law firm and hospitality backgrounds are ideal.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

The Job:

• Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests; assign name badges.
• Screen/direct calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
• Book conference rooms and enter catering, a/v, room setup, and other requests into the conference room booking software.
• Enter all new hires, guests, clients, contractors, and food deliveries into building security; ensure that proper certificates of insurance are provided as needed.
• Complete additional clerical tasks as needed.
