Our client, a privately owned commercial property, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist/Office Coordinator to add to their staff. Hours are 9am-5:30pm, 9am-5pm on Fridays, and they are currently in office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Screen calls for executive staff, keep pantry area neat and organize and send out all cards
• Welcome guests and guide them to the correct meeting room
• Manage conference room calendar and administer A/V system
• Onboard new staff and work on contract renewals

Qualifications:

• Out of hospitality is a plus
• Must have a no task too big or too small mentality

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $65-70K base plus paid overtime and bonus
